Just moved with this guys. All was going well, until we plugged in our TV and discovered it was broken during the move. Now they are trying to say it wasn't them and the damage is internal. No, it is not, you guys didn't even wrap it properly. Ive been crying for an hour now as i just bought the tv end of june 🙁 and still paying for it. Save your money and possessions, do not use. Shame on you!

I wouldn't recommend this company at all, I had originally booked them last month for my move in December. day of the move i had to contact them to find out when they were to arrive, only to find out their system glitched and they didnt have me booked. everything they had called to come up with solutions, they immediately went back on their word. I ended up having to hire a new company for the move.
the owner called me to make it right by giving me money, but then I had to play phone tag to chace him down to hold him to his word .

I was quite disappointed with my recent move. Although the movers themselves were well-behaved, the execution was unprofessional.
Key Issues:
• Safety Risk: The truck provided was in a dilapidated state; the back door opened while driving, which is a serious safety concern for both my belongings and public road safety.
• Logistical Delays: They arrived an hour late, forcing me to pay extra for an extended elevator booking at my building.
• Quality of Work: Items were stacked haphazardly in the truck, appearing very inexperienced.
While the value for money seemed good on paper, the operational risks and delays outweighed the savings.

I had an excellent experience with this moving company for my move from Edmonton to Abbotsford. Their pricing was much more affordable compared to other movers in the area, and the service exceeded expectations. The team kept me updated throughout the entire process, communicated consistently, and handled my belongings with care. Everything arrived in great condition and right on schedule. We needed a piano moved within our home with a staircase. Western Moving did the job for 30% to 50% the price of other quotes, and did the job the following day. Polite and professional - insisted on wrapping the piano to ensure no damage. We would use again and highly recommend.
