Review:

I was quite disappointed with my recent move. Although the movers themselves were well-behaved, the execution was unprofessional.

Key Issues:

• Safety Risk: The truck provided was in a dilapidated state; the back door opened while driving, which is a serious safety concern for both my belongings and public road safety.

• Logistical Delays: They arrived an hour late, forcing me to pay extra for an extended elevator booking at my building.

• Quality of Work: Items were stacked haphazardly in the truck, appearing very inexperienced.

While the value for money seemed good on paper, the operational risks and delays outweighed the savings.

I had an excellent experience with this moving company for my move from Edmonton to Abbotsford.
