Nice guys but a couple baffling issues. They broke a piece of furniture and a mirror but didn't tell us and we didn't realize until we were unpacking later. Also, for some reason they gave my second set of keys to the building manager (they've since been lost by the manager), instead of just bringing them to the next stop. I contacted the owner about the keys and they have not assisted at all. Finally, they didn't use a mattress cover and got my mattress wet. They didn't tell me about it, and put the mattress wet side down, so we didn't see it until we were putting the bed together a few days later.

We needed a piano moved within our home with a staircase. Western Moving did the job for 30% to 50% the price of other quotes, and did the job the following day. Polite and professional - insisted on wrapping the piano to ensure no damage. We would use again and highly recommend.
